Mike Verdeja
Mike Verdeja has been fishing Lake Mille Lacs for over twenty years, the past nine of which he has spent professionally guiding. Growing up with a passion for fishing, he got his start as a guide under Terry McQuoid and McQuoid’s Guide Service in 2010, starting his venture into his own guiding business in 2018.
Specializing in Smallmouth Bass and Walleye, Mike has extensive knowledge of the fishery. Along with offering summer and winter guide services on Mille Lacs he also spends time guiding in the Northern portion of the state in the Orr and Vermillion Lake areas and works seasonally river guiding in Alaska.
Outside of Walleye and Bass fishing he also enjoys chasing panfish, Muskie, trout, and salmon.
Alan Kosloski:
Al grew up around Mille Lacs and has been fishing since we has a kid. Al has extensive knowledge when it comes to working the Ice and fishing on the lake. Al has worked on the lake for 15 years. 6 years he worked with KJ's Ice Fishing and Hunters, and the past 9 years Al has been a top hand for Mac’s Twin Bay. Al broke off in 2021 and started guiding with his own boat and is the owner/operator of Kosloski Outdoors. Al just joined the Beachside Fishing team in 2022. Al specializes in Walleye, but is also good at fishing Bass, Northern and Muskies.

4 Hours of Guided Ice Fishing - Transportation, fishing equipment, bait and fishing enclosures are all included. Customers must bring their fishing license. We are able to accommodate large groups, including corporate groups.
